The HOA's Board of Directors deals with policy and budgetary aspects of the homeowner's association. You may direct policy and budget questions and concerns to the Board.
NOTE: Some problems which occur within River’s Bend are not under the authority of the River’s Bend HOA Board. River’s Bend is part of the City of Healdsburg. Please report problems such as barking dogs and other excessive noise, speeding, etc. to the appropriate City Department or to the Healdsburg Police Department.
